Of course I called the city to make sure that things were code compliant and called pros to ask questions, and got all of the relevant inspections, but seriously, YouTube..There were a few things I did hire out as an owner is not allowed to complete their own gas fitting work or install a new electrical panel and main power service.

Either add on a flat fee for monthly utilities for each occupant, or do it the hard way and divide each bill up equally (internet, gas, electric, and WSG (water/sewer/garbage).
