and about how long did it take for application to move forward to next step?

I've even thought of buying a rental house to offer to a full time employee to move to this area but I'm not sure if that would just create more headaches in the long run)

.- every investor reaches a point where their DTI is trashed and they have to move into different loan products. there are tons of lenders out there that specifically work with REIs & have many ways to navigate this. don't let DTI concerns keep you from moving forward. - LLCs provide minimal legal protection in case of an incident. work with an asset protection attorney to come up with a better plan if they are that concerned. also have great insurance and an umbrella policy. 

We’re also looking to build completely new hangars and we have talked with the city, FAA and TSA and they are relatively happy with the direction we are moving.  

There will be consolidation in the real estate industry, in both quantity of individuals and brokerages, as well as the availability of prime buyers brokers that can adapt and move the needle.

What would be all the information I need to gather from them before moving forward with the purchase agreement?

Our move is as a change of pace, not a panic move.

I would like to move into the mid-size multifamily space (~8-24 units) in the somewhat near term, but I probably have a few more BRRRRs in me before then.
