We scheduled a contractor and unfortunately, the first one was a no-show, but this morning, a different one came and we are now waiting to receive the report.While getting all this together, earlier during the week, we found another FSBO and we saw it today too.

I’ve looked them up on Google and social media and the local courts but cannot find anything that matches the name on the check.I’ll be in touch with my bank as soon as their phones open this morning.

@Jared Wilson It wasn't working, then did with the update that was there this morning.

They called me this morning and said that she was there when they got there and came out yelling at them and taking pictures of their truck so they said they were leaving and never coming back as long as she lives there.
