im bad at balance lolexactly.i am in the process of closing on a SS house right now. the appraiser noted that 1/8th of garage shingles are missing and the lender said "either fix or no close". the bank said "no, get lost".the roofer said "it's a small job, so $600". i said, "no way".so today went to the supply house, got 3 bundles, went up here, spend 1.5 hrs and fixed it. the appraiser is coming back on monday.the whole thing cost me $90 and 2 hrs of work on the weekend.
