I found one that I am interested in but it needs major repairs.  

Chase is a major commercial bank.

That is one of the major advantages of using a tenant-paid credit/background screening service.

Charlotte is a major city, where Columbia is a secondary market.

We DON'T do rooming houses EVER...thes folks all sign 6-month leases and go through an extensive background check...we don't care about credit as that's why the majority rent with us.  

From our perspective in China, I can say that the majority of Chinese are investing in the US real estate market for long-term appreciation.

We've been making our payments on time every month for the past 2+ yrs but I know this will be a major disadvantage should we sell. 

What I found was a majority of the people owed more than the home was worth and many were not in a price range I was interested in working.
