It's possible there is a negotiator in the middle, but if there is, he hasn't been mentioned.This property actually wasn't on the main Atlanta MLS (there are two here and some brokers are too cheap to pay for both), which I guess is why everyone was excited when we made the offer on the last possible day and why the bank is being more negotiable.

That lead me to working remotely, where they were the local "boots on the ground" & I taught them how it all works, supplied everything & did the marketing, (for no charge, btw).Basically, I offered them what I wanted when I first started.

Not sure this is in the right forum but, I finally finished my remodel after a little over a year, mainly worked on it in my spare time/weekends.http://specialtyceilings.com/wordpress/I bought it for 22k and put 8.5k into it.Hoping to rent it for 750-800.I have some before pictures somewhere, i'll try to find them, but basically new everything except roof.Let me know what you think, this will be my second rental.

The main difference if it is a property held for investments is that the short term capital gains rate is your effective tax rate which can range from 10% - 35% but a long term capital gains rate is 15%.

I’ll be happy to supply numerous examples, as I receive these email distributions constantly from commercial guys.I return to the fact that it’s noteworthy that a large percentage (a majority at the other large Memphis company, per their site) of sales at large companies are completed using private lenders at interest rates you've indicated previously are in the 8.5-9.5% range.
