@Jason Gray, @Pamela Holmes, @Ashley Gordon, Account Closed tax sales trump all liens except local government liens such as nuisance, demolition, sewer, lighting, fire dues and sometimes library dues.  

Local and out of state are 2 different things.

Also 4th quarter of last year Packwood and county officially did discuss potentially regulating STR's by either limiting numbers or adding a tax to cover increases in local services that are needed.

How is the local lending environment in the area you suggested?

Then in 2022 they changed it to allow local cities to regulate.
