Hello I’m new and want to learn as much as I can about real estate investing.

Get to your local RE meeting, you will learn more in two days then months and months of reading books that are not reality. 

As you become more familiar with specific lenders you will also learn specific acquisitions or refinances may fit better with certain banks and will dictate who you send your loan requests.

We had heart-to-heart chats, I listened to their grievances, and boy, did I learn a lot.But let me tell you, it was overwhelming.
