GA & VA are both large states with a range of market conditions.

Comps range between $145k and $150k so getting a nice refi shouldn't be an issue.

You could even work with a real estate agent and find properties that are listed (although this is very tough right now with limited inventory).   

What I am being told was that my score is too low: I can't recall what it is but it is 620-650 range and they are looking at 700 or above.

Detroit definitely has a large inventory of distressed homes.

I am trying to buy a property in a market where the average home price is in the 300-400 k range.

I'm mostly buying cheap, fixing up to retail ready and selling as turnkeys in the Kansas City area so let me know if anyone is interested in looking at some inventory.

I believe this was in 2018 and the Las Vegas market had a lot of inventory.

While inventory is a bit low, with some work, you can still find some good deals out there.
