Hospitality financing would require owner experience in the industry. 

Pittsburgh has seen a revitalization especially with computer automation industries such as Google, Uber and Amazon opening up large shops here.

Passco has admitted that the property has under performed since it was aquired and have even stated that it has underperformed industry standards in their lastest news email.

You can also couple your self employment(SE) industry experience to get a W2 Salary  job in the same industry and you can use the "base or salary," component after you've worked on the job for 1 paystub or 1 month.  

@Kevin Lefeuvre - I would argue that one of the biggest misconceptions about Short Term Rentals is that they need to be in some super hot vacation destination.

@Varinder Kumar,If you can, try choosing a name this neutral and generic, like "xxx Associates", "xxx Industries", "xxx Enterprises", maybe add "of (state-name)", if needed.

The reason you hear horror stories about the industry is that so many Landlords just go with whoever is first in the Yellow Pages or that charges the lowest fee.

You also have a diversification in industries providing jobs in the MSA although a majority still come from health-care, schools, government and transportation/distribution, agriculture and research just to name a few.Why does it matter?
