This will likely create a very dirty environment or damage to floors in the process.

If the solar system is projected to fully recover its cost in 12.5 years then it will result in savings and benefit the environment, lower the need for grid upgrades, etc. and is a smart addition to the home.

Appealing to CP court puts you in a lesser political environment but it's still the City of Philadelphia.

I know this is all a big IF but I like to look at tail risk and be prepared for a worst-case scenario l especially in our current environment.

Next to water bottles and juice pouches, Keurig is one of the worst things for the environment and an unnecessary expense.Of course, I have a Keurig at home and at work because my wife loves it.
