I think I just need to find someone that will loan me what my house is worth and charge me some super high interest rate that I don't mind paying and give me a 3-6month window to buy a new place and sell this one (which have been selling in my area within a week) and payback the loan/interest.

House was renovated, with tenant with at least a 2 year lease, management team handles any issues, monthly rent and reports on time each month. 

The housing market experienced an unprecedented boom during the low interest rate period, leading to inflated prices and unsustainable growth.

I think we may have paid a little more but overall the house is nice with nice finishes.
