I'm noticing a bit of a lull, a very minimal one here in Abbotsford, and by lull I mean houses aren't selling in a day - more around the month mark; opposed to Vancouver where as far as I know it is still an extremely hot market.

There were four of them in the unit and they had a 60 gallon hot water tank in the basement (why I don't know - it was installed when we bought the place but most units like that one have a 40 gallon tank).Things went quiet for a while and then the tenant complained again.

There is a mix of some out of town hot shots with bags of money representing institutional investors.

My concerns would not be just the heat, but also the steam from hot water around the sink and boiling water at the stove.
