If someone were to ask me that to be honest I have no idea what I would say.

Id love to network, make connections, and even possibly form a JV partnership with experienced fix and flip investors and get my feet wet in the RE industry. i  have 35 years of home repair and remodeling experience ( plumbing, electrical, drywall, siding, kitchen remodel etc.) and i’m offering my skills and services to investors who are looking for a reliable, experienced, and honest partner.

I will be honest, my prediction is you end up selling, I’ve worked with a lot of motivated sellers who often find that selling is the way they justify coming to an end of the relationship with a person paying rent for a long time….if you do sell, it’s not the worst thing and it often can be blamed on “hey, sorry, I need the money from the sale.”  

So end of day what can you do, BE HONEST with both yourself, and this contact.

I honestly don't think it's going to be very easy to prove odor as wear and tear.

I'll be honest I opened my own brokerage and it's almost been more of a distraction for me since the business is not my primary focus (finding deals is my main focus).  

Do you honestly believe a property can double in price in six months without a penalty at the end?

We're in 7 other markets across the country and I can honestly say the City of Detroit is beyond a nightmare.
