What do you guys do for health insurance?

I am in the early stages of planning my biggest project ever.What I am planning is a mega health care/fitness facility.

This allows me to offer myself excellent benefits solo roth 401k, health insurance, and other certain fringe benefits. based upon the income and pay myself the required salaries necessary by law.

They never call the health dept., complaining about things, they are more likely to pay the rent on time as well.
