I'd try to find family/friends/network that would want to come in with you on it and share in the income.

What would help is if you had a partner or family member with better credit who would be willing to give a personal guarantee alongside you.

I live in a different time zone so 8-9pm when it's supposed to be quiet time with the family some jerk off calls offering me his 'service'.

And luckily our families are doing fine financially.
