We contested the lien, but it took a couple weeks to even get them served with the notice, as they had the wrong physical address on their corporate docs.

Just wondering if everyone here has a tax id # or dba, corporation, etc...we currently own a couple of rental properties and we don't have our own company..we just include the income/info on our personal income taxes.

Make contact with a tax lien buyer, prefab ly a corporation as they will have a godly number if them and see if they are willing to assign a lien to you that is at the twn year period or at OST ( order setting time) which is the deadline the judge gives the property owner to come up with the money.
