If it’s your primary residence, you might get an appraisal exception, but the cash out might deny that...I’m not sure.You can check rates on AIMlOAN (google aimloan rates) by putting in your loan info and can change scenarios to see difference in rates between refinance and cash out refinance.

There is a lot of new construction and large developments so the area will be providing you both easy access to the beach and things like Cumulus, Culver Steps, and Culver Public Market (feel free to google those projects).

That way people who have a keyword search set up for "Milwaukee" will get an email notification of your post.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.One thing to note when looking at the individual markets, you can make or lose money in any market.

Don't just take their word.You can find them through Google and through meet-ups.
