-Internet based-Filters to the site by keywords such as "sell" "buy" "house" "quick" "cash"- Would contain Phone number, E-mail, Property Address, and Owner's name-Would possibly contain information about equity in the property and how quickly they would like to sell, etc.As an investor would you prefer to pay (for example) .05c/lead and $1,000 per actual acquisition using this lead or $.50-$1.00/lead.
