Anyone can see immediately the vast difference in spending daily (tolls, gas, rental cost, housing, etc).  

The investor had just sold his local gas station to Kwik Trip and asked the Realtor if he new of any investors in the area that would be open to selling real estate.

I am looking for a contractor that can expand window wells, install flooring, expand and move bathroom plumbing and potentially chase a plumbing leak, among other things. 

He was dating a girl and she said he could use her card to buy a tank of gas, then they broke up, she got mad at him and filed a stolen card charge) and he owned up to his mistake I would not be concerned.  

Why are you thinking "lawsuit" already based on some comments from a gas company guy?

I just bought and closed on a property that was flipped and I had Piedmont come out today to turn on the gas however they told me they couldn’t because the equipment in my house is not up to code (attached list of what needs to be done).

HVAC is now a high efficiency gas combi-boiler with newly installed central air.
