I'm suspecting that there are those here that are defending their right to sell product as a guru and those that have nothing to sell, presenting the other free side.That being said, I can easily say there are far more charlatans than there are honest to goodness businessmen offering cogent industry information at a price.

The bank is going to want to see you have some skin in the game.

Not a fun game to play.
