That might be a winner (and @John Semanchuk feel free to chime in here as a contractor) because I have piers/foundation that has been in functional operation since 1875 when it was built (it's a "Freedman's Cottage") and though they needed repointing very badly when I got the place, they are now repointed successfully (so I believe).

So i rebuild the addition from the foundation up, kitchen, bathrooms, roof, landscape.

Hi all, I'm flipping a house that had foundation work done a few weeks ago.

So you would have to build the structure 6 feet or higher above ground, and get approval for the foundation structure which would inhibit the flow of water to some degree.

When I'm not working or reading about real estate I can usually be found at my church, either working with our youth group or playing with the worship team, or sitting in my living room working on some goofy spoof of Justin Beiber or the Frozen soundtrack.

I feel the same way, I just have to get my financial foundation built and my wife convinced!
