Ok I'm not familiar with the compucram I took the Ohio RE Sales "practice" exam.I was hoping that it was similar to the real State exam bc I've taken this practice exam a few times tbh lol.But that's awesome that you passed on the first time.I'm feeling pretty confident but humble at the same time.

If you are confident your credit is good, you can calculate your own debt to income to see if you would qualify. 

It's made me very confident in myself as an investor and as an investment consultant.

If you had a case for predatory lending, I'm confident the attorney doesn't care if its a modular or not.

If you don't know the rules, you can't move forward with confidence.

Investing out of state is a WHOLE other animal, and you want to be confident in your skills before you tackle that project. 

We still have the money for the fix and flip but my husband and myself don’t feel confident with partner managing that and so our partner decided reluctantly to let me lead the fix and flip project.
