If you go too low it looks like they will flat out ignore your offer and you won't learn anything further but if you submit at slightly lower, the chances that they will respond with a counter will be higher.

Replaced 24 old, rotted wood windows with new low E vinyl windows, replaced 9 old broken wood exterior doors with new steel security doors w/ master key deadbolt system, added one bedroom w/ lighted closet, and lighted closet to existing bedroom, 2300 SF of new carpet installed, 700 SF of engineered hardwood installed, 3 new water heaters, 2 new exterior electric services, 2 new interior breaker panels, new paint on all walls and trim, 4 new shower surrounds, 4 new countertops, 4 kitchen sinks.

There is a right way to do SEO (which honestly no one I have came across till this day, does) and there is a wrong way, which everyone is doing, even the biggest most known companies are doing flat out wrong.Anyone that is trying to please Google is doing it wrong, hence I stand by my claim that everyone (that I have seen) is doing it wrong.The trick and secret to SEO is screw Google, and focus on credibility.

Also found ungrounded outlets, weak foundation where they replaced the water main, rotting fascia, sealed electrical panel so it couldn't be inspected, mold and water stains on the ceiling (looked old), duct taped holes in the wall and window, and more.
