The building that she lives in has 2 handicap spots, but there are 2 disabled people living in her building so there are 3 people fighting for 2 spots.

In a very nice way, I let her know that it would be a damn shame to have the HOA run through hundreds of thousands fighting me when there were so many better uses for the money right there in the neighborhood.
