You can have a series of test wells drilled on the property and soil samples tested - usually for $500 - $1000 depending on the number of wells/samples to be taken.

Make a sample package of a deal that you are looking at, make the numbers realistic and honest.

Our sampling size is small but, except for the loss of property value, we experienced no consequence of the housing crisis.

You need data showing the difference on relatively large sample say N=10 per sf.You may make tenants happier that someone is not ripping other off.

Hi Keith  typically this is a lease with and option to purchase two separate contracts.. and yes I believe that is correct.they have a strike price at 100k house goes up to 150k over their lease term they exercise their option at 100k and keep the delta..
