The answer is no, not in most cases.I think that Sub 2 is an excellent example.

They are articulate, they win awards for excellence in state wide competitions, and they do lots of public service activities.

The good news is our credit is excellent, so we were hoping that will help us even if my spouse is still looking for work (let's hope).We have also been looking at owner financed deals, no luck yet with a home that meets our criteria.

I think making friends with the SUCCESSFUL investors at your local REIA and having one of your new friends i"adopt" you as a newbie is an excellent way to learn.

The goal here is to develop a folder in your Outlook or an excel spreadsheet with as many contacts as possible. that way when you get juicy deals you just hit the button and send them out!

My "current year" folders stay in one of those plastic file tubs, right next to my desk (actually a 6' folding table-works better than a desk for me) so they're always close at hand.When I finally got a computer about 8 years ago it came with "EXCEL', as does every other Windows system, and it's so easy to use it's funny.

I'm also familiar with the excel templates that members have posted in "FilePlace" which I have found to be Fantastic!
