Now that COVID has hit, the Easy permit desk remains closed and they have now replaced this with an online process which can take 2-5 business days.Below is the link on how to do this online; I will send this via PM as well:Interim Easy Permit ProcessNote: You will need to fill out an easy permit application and have it signed by the owner and GC for the project; and you will also need to receive a Letter of Intent from the plumber for the job, listing the scope of work and address, signed and sealed with the plumber's stamp or notarized.

Sweat equity work is only allowed if the borrower has experience for the type of work that the borrower wants to do AND the lender must give you written permission to do it. 99% of lenders did not allow sweat equity pre-Covid and their rules only got stricter after Covid

I’m guessing a lot of people are moving out due to covid unemployment so even if it’s not a typical time to be looking for a new place, there is plenty to choose from, however they are disappearing just as fast as they are appearing.

I believe the area is saturated with STRs but Covid has shut down so much tourism and convention business that some are probably not going to survive through this, which may make it more lucrative for the ones who stick it out till things return to normal.
