The other tenant already owes about $2700 and their rent is only $1500 so I’d rather hold off and also go to court knowing I’ll have to eventually try and get the back pay through small claims.

The structure I am looking at used to be an old schoolhouse (about 1600 Sqft) and our vision is to convert it into a cool/quirky AirBNB.
