considering time is money, and as an investor you want to focus on building assets, buying properties, fixing /updating and renting them. what option do you choose to deal with tennts , ( I.e. following up on rent, sending notice if needed etc. ) I agree best is if you can self manage , but curious to hear if its not something you enjoy, would you rely on management company ?
