also you want to in most instances have your title company run date down title before you accept one.. if there are leins and judgements your taking title sub too those when your record your dil.sometimes when U look at the current state of the title you will determine you need to do the full foreclsoure to extinguish juniors who are now latched on to your title.

So the properties that this will work on are properties that can be flipped...but instead of selling at the end, you are holding the property.Not all properties, not all locations are conducive to flipping though, and that is where people trying to implement this strategy, or who try to flip often run into a brick wall.Locate the locations where flipping works....to do this, simply look and see where there are tons of flips going on.
