WHY: I don't want to repaint or deal with siding, I want newer houses because I don't want older systems like A/C and electrical or plumbing.

So I have a quick question There was damage to the electrical boxes outside the home prior to closing that was found in both my inspection and in the FHA report.

I'm a handy guy who has experience with painting, electrical, plumbing and general construction.  

How old are the systems like heat, plumbing and electric?

It  looks like you are paying everyone's heat, electric and water, no separate meters.

(My dog would not live in any of the rooms & my wife was very reticent).Rental income $2500/month (can't remember the utilities but some rooms had very old 60amp separate electric meters???)

Check with the county and city tax office for exact taxes, city of Hagerstown for the expenses of electric in common areas, if there is gas or oil there, get that figure too.
