Having an effective date on B to C that is before the A to B closing concerns me.I also read that people write a contingency in their B to C contract that specifies that A to B must close.

Loopnet is not effective-- I haven't come across loopnet brokers who are not responsive in decent properties unless if it's really bad property, I usually get the responses.
