Def recommend getting pre-approved and having discussions with lenders just to get a feel for how they think about this process as well.

Hi Lallu, I remember a discussion on the local DFW forums where a few people had STRs in the area.

There is much discussion that, if interest rates rise, the price of houses in Castle Rock, CO will not continue to rise or not rise at the current fast pace.

Instead of listing them here, I would suggest you read a number of other discussions on the landlord/tenant topic.

It was just a verbal conversation on how we would 1/3 rd the utilities and if anyone had any issues we would all sit down and discuss.
