There are some great spreadsheets here that let you objectively look at a deal as some of us (albeit quickly) have here, and they help clarify your decision making process a lot.As to your question, you're absolutely right, it's tough to find a good deal where I am also.

Meanwhile using a PM app to manage your property income (and other events) necessarily associates every transaction with an object, ie, a building or a tenant account.Unless you had a standardized way of depositing your rent every month, there would not be a way to import these transactions without some human interaction, to confirm their association.QB is owned by Intuit, a huge company, so they can work some additional magic re: bank linking.

I would be curious what she finds objectionable.Usually I have a sit down with an applicant at that stage of the game, to go over the lease, and not only explain the languages in the lease as well as give examples and scenerios.Many first time renters are intimidated by complicated leases, and I don't know how many times I have seen this facial expression when they come to the clauses that deals with what happens if they die or go to jail, that needs to be explained.Now, your initial post said she objects to the "tone".

I havent gotten rid of any yet (7 years) but we also have a fireproof file cabinet for it all, after move out I get rid of all digital files (burn onto dvd) and put with the hard copy, so less concern to me that way.
