@Jerryll Noorden I haven't had to deal with returns or damage yet, but I use bigger retailers that, I would assume, have a pretty seamless return procedure.

I do allow same-day check-ins and frequently have them.I do not ask them to strip the beds - this is at my housekeeper's request, so they can better identify any stains or damage to the linens (easier when it's on the bed than in a pile on the floor).

So I provide blinds and usually the faux-wood plantation style that are a little more expensive but it makes for a better impression on prospective tenants  and I charge for any that are damaged upon exit.

You don't want this, (but it is cheaper) with this type of policy the damage you have has to be caused by something specifically included in the policy for coverage to apply.In the end you need to determine exactly what your needs are.
