We use one, because it gives us the ability to stay on the map if someone needs to sleep more than 4 people. we have not had any complaints about comfort.

You should be pulling credit on all prospective tenants, but you should also pull a cross-referenced criminal and eviction report so you have the full picture of anything on their official background.
