He then proceeded to make the problem go away.We continue to work profitably together quite a few years later.

He is requesting for Proof Of Funds and Iw as wondering if there is some alternative to having him continue to be motivated to sign this so I can wholesale it off without the POF

This was one of the many books I've read as I continue to build my portfolio and it was very informative for me.  

This trend is expected to continue for years to come.

I'm continually educating myself on the best point of entry.

A lot has changed over the past few weeks and I am continually becoming more determined and motivated to start investing in rental properties.  

Network with the brokers while continuing to educate yourself through books, podcasts and networking with other investors. 

I am interested in OOS and the BRRRR method and will continue to gain the knowledge necessary to move forward in my journey.I welcome any advice, and I'm looking forward to networking and making connections with other investors and professionals.

Probably need to figure out if both of you like your W2 jobs and want to continue on in them or if one of you would like to become a full time investor etc.
