I agree with Alex in that appraisal appeals are almost impossible as these appraisers are protected by third party Appraisal Management Companies that came with Dodd/Frank in 2010, meaning the appraisers are randomly assigned and cannot have contact with the borrowers.

What can they give me in terms of data--rent history, leases, repair history, their fee on the property, historical turn and fill rate, avg length of tenant--all that kind of stuff.

The larger investors investing millions tend to read in the back ground and then contact me privately on BP to talk about investing.
