Of course the aqusition, evaluation, purchase, closing, construction, and remarketing, are a full time job.  

Must be able to pull permits.Mostly remodel work, some new construction..

I have zero experience in construction and just keep on furthering my education to get at least the basics to become succesfull on REI.

There is no more land to construct and migration from other part of the country and International is making our real state go up.  

I own a share of an apartment building in one and have done new construction projects in one.

He has 25 years in construction & does quick repair estimates for another female investor here in town.

I don't project that number going forward, as things will likely change with new construction, jobs, wages, etc.

In addition, for almost a year I have been working as a residential construction manager which has significantly stretched my knowledge on dealing with contractors, scheduling projects, managing job sites, and learning every step there is in new construction. 2 years ago (when I was 21) I made the decision that I wanted to develop a future in real estate, and every step since then has been building towards that goal.
