If you want to target STR guests who are traveling for conferences, business trips, sports tournaments, etc. you won't find as much of that here as in Charlotte. 

Call around see who answers the phone, check out the websites, proximity to you isn’t necessary but it is nice to know you can go there if required. most of our clients don’t visit the office when conducting transactions it is online, and or email/fax.
