That wouldn't be the case if these were SFR or even duplexes.But you really have to look at all the data and drive the area in person, talk to the neighbors, etc. to get a comprehensive "feel" for a neighborhood.

Here is my late introduction to biggerpockets (I just really got involved here thx to the podcast) So we have rehabbed somewhere just north of 20 houses over the past few years.

So the question is, is sending an introduction letter / info sheet going to create any kind of legal issues?

What happened after introduction of the 30yr mortgage?

They understand Vacant, In Renovation, Occupied, etc....they make it super easy to change between them, it's billed monthly, and the policy also includes general liability coverage, I haven't come across this comprehensive of a plan yet.  

I've been to enough of their free introduction seminars to know they are a big waste of money.
