PNC offered $2g for closing cost.

A week ago I closed on my first investment property. 

UPDATE: On Mon Aug 26, 2019 agreed via email to pay our handyman bill of $185, the June rent of $1,400, and the damages to our home caused by the tenant if we took down our reviews (which we did) and close the Better Business complaint (which we did).

Biggest problem is that managing a Turo rental is more hands on than managing an STR, and is more difficult to do remotely.But if you can find a way to do that work, you've basically got two businesses where every customer for one is a free, super valuable, super targeted lead for the other, with the opportunity to offer a bundle discount to close the deal.

What can we realistically expect from a builder in terms of closing cost assistance and/or rate buy-down

As title missed it and should never have closed it if in fact you were a vested owner at the time of sale.

I have been prepaying $1000 for the past four months since I closed on it. 

There were multiple parties (and wholesalers) involved in this deal, and at one point it felt like we were never going to make it to the closing table.

The closing is still 6 months away .
