I don't have an explanation for the unpaid medical bills from 2009 yet, but the utility he said he didn't know about, then later said he had gotten a divorce and his ex-wife was supposed to make the last payment but never did, so he will clear that up.The other thing is the 2nd couple both lists previous landlord as their parents (separately).

You can't discriminate against the source of income with respect to government assisstance, social security, section 8, welfare or disability income, you can discriminate concerning the likelyhood of receiving income, say child support for a 20 year old student if income ceases in a few months at 21.

the boys on here are ultra conservative. you're in one of the hardest hit markets in the country...on prices that have not been this low since the depression.ignore the above mentioned posts. you do this. live in 1 side, figure out landlording with the adjoining tenant, & eventually rent out your side & buy something for yourself.i would kill for the future appreciatoin you will have in ft myers. my parents are snowbirds there & those prices will come backJordan Williamson?

It is all the political-industrial complex.. it is what has created this inequality.I'm fortunate enough to be middle/upper class myself but I had the good fortune of my parents to help me get there, as well as the people around me.
