What surrounding neighbors, downstairs tenant are saying and the minute amout of info from the police is this:Intruder (ex) broke picture window, began screaming, then chased new boyfriend down back stairs to common area.

The only downside is if you do not know about a non payment is that the local utility will not chase after the tenant for a bill after they move out.

I will hit lenders tomorrow and would like to ask intelligent questions to cut to the chase without wasting time.

They chased the market down, and ultimately got desperate and sold at the bottom.I've seen it in real estate, I've seen it in the stock market, and I've seen it in business.Here's an example in the other direction...I used to work for eBay, and one of their biggest purchases was buying PayPal about 15 years ago. 

I can tell you that chasing failing systems is not a good way to run your business.

There are splits out there on the back end that are higher but investors and promoters alike need to put their reality caps on before they go chasing rainbows and unicorns.
