Fannie/Freddie want to see experience in the field, a reasonable budget (we can help with that) and no red flag issues (bankruptcies, history of willful neglect, lawsuits centered around mismanagement of funds, etc.. a slip and fall suit is deemed as general business risk and not held against you).

I used Anytimemailbox.com but be sure to look up the address on google to ensure they are not a mailing center as this will cause you problems if you try to receive funding for your LLC in the future.

I also installed a new roof and tore down and rebuilt the large center chimney.

The center walls in the house may all need to be opened up and new piping for all bathrooms. 

But you have the right idea in relation to midterm rentals near the center of Houston, but only if the number work and only if you are in the right pocket of that area.

This would be a whole new venture for me, and I am looking for any advice/tips/comments etc. from someone that has done this, particularly in the Houston area.Here are some things that I have considered but would like some direction on:Easement restrictions - The property has what appears to be a pipeline/powerline easement through the center.
