Do you charge them the cleaning fee separate or incorporated with their charge for the whole stay? 

It would be a way for BP members to stay on BP and create amazing connections instead of moving over to that other "unhappiest place on the web" FB, where they do have private groups.

That is good to look at as you can see they health ratio for them personally and their businesses.If the lease does not disclose sales another indicator they are staying is if they just did a big re-image or update or added a lot of new equipment to the inside of the space.

Account Closed: I sure wish I could afford a duplex but the market here in the Denver area is just way to expensive and the feeding frenzy going on doesn’t allow any good deals to stay on the market.
