The hardwood is good, otherwise tile and durable cabinets and counter tops.

You could own the sheet rock, cabinets, fixtures, etc.

I completed almost all of the remodeling work myself including interior paint, floors, baseboards, cabinet paint, windows, and tile work.

I have a solid construction background and hired my dad who is a master carpenter and cabinet builder !
