Some questions I have are, and this is an example and not real, if I buy a SFH for $100k that has an ARV is $200k, assuming i use $50k on renovations, is the remaining $50k my profit to move onto the next project with or am I getting this completely wrong.

Our goal is to buy a property a year so I thought it was a good idea to open a LLP to manage said properties. recently we discussed this with an accountant and he said there weren’t tax benefits to this right now.

That equity is cash and it can counter the higher refinance rate if you use it wisely to pay off higher interest debts and buy another cash flowing property.

I would go with the LVP but be sure to buy extra as these seem to have a very short manufacturing run and in 5 years you may not be able to find a match for repairs.
