Does anyone have a sense of what materials + labor would cost here?

After 3 business days has passed and you did not accept any rent then you can file for eviction with the courts.

Instead, appraisal costs may be deductible as a current expense if they are incurred for the purpose of determining the property's fair market value for a specific business purpose, such as refinancing or appealing property tax assessments.

The first order of business when you acquire a property is evaluating RISK MANAGEMENT of your property.  

I value my privacy so not crazy about renting out rooms, but I will if that is what makes most sense in todays market.

No issues and we are searchable by all the people who are traveling with their pet.We have one property where it doesn't make sense and we have cameras to monitor someone sneaking in a pet.

There is no sense in ruining goodwill over a trivial issue.
