Download app to both devices, activate an account on the one to be used as camera, sign in on the monitoring device & you're done.There is also an app for the android but with so many of the kids iPhones floating around I haven't bothered to review it.

You would not have to bother with salaries and cash dividends from corporations that are double taxed and losses that are hung up inside a corporation that you cannot use to offset other income.

The house was still standing when we moved out.. and seriously, we didn't do that much damage at all and we cleaned at the end because our landlord took out $ from our security deposit for any "cleanup" paint etc.. which I thought was kinda of BS but didnt' really bother to fight it or even question it.

I've sold houses for twice the amount of what the county assessed them for....and also, don't bother with zillow's numbers either.
